Lap Kitty?

I never used to be a lap kitty when I was younger.  Laps just didn't interest me at all.  Sometimes I'd sit next to the humans slaves, but never on them.  I was more of a loner, and I didn't want to let them think I actually liked them.

But all that's changed in the last few years.  I've discovered that I really like laps.  They're warm and you get a lot of pets when you sit in them.  Sometimes, you can even try to steal a little of their food if they're eating.

So if you're more of a loner kitty, I really suggest to try sitting in the slaves' laps.  Wish I had discovered it sooner.

  4. I love laps now too, Jezebel - but the only PURRblem is that selfish, selfish Meowmy has our conPURRter in hers most of the time - just so wrong of her!

P.S. My brofur is way, way too big for anyone's lap and doesn't fit at all MOL!

    1. You just have to push right in there and look adorable - that'll make her put up the computer!

Maurice is huge too, but he's a big lap kitty. Maybe a lap and a half.

  5. Hmm, really? I am 9 now and I still resist The Lap. If the Human picks me up for brushies and puts me on her lap to do it, I will happily stay for as long as the brushies last, but when they're done--well, I am gone like the wind!

    Are they REALLY nice, Jezebel?

    1. Well, at nine I didn't like laps either. I think they're mostly an acquired taste . . .
