Happy Sunday y'all!  Hope ya is havin a good Memorial Day weekend.

Ours has not been great so far - no sunshine and no bacon.  Dere wuz some BBQ chikken last nite and I gots chikken liver, but what are wif dis no bacon?  Hopefully we'll get some tomorrow since it are Crockett's peeps annyfursary - I are hopin so anyways.

Angelique is still being friendly wif my momma and Crockett's momma. It's like she's finally decided to like em, MOL. Took her long enuf.

Wellness Kittles Duck and Cranberries Treats from Chewy!

Hi y'all!  It's time for our Chewy review.  Dis month Chewy sent us Wellness Kittles Duck and Cranberries Treats to review.

We've had Kittles before, but we never had tried the duck flavor.

We wuz eggcited to try em.

Da Wellness Kittles Duck and Cranberries Treats are grain-free, gluten-free crunchy treats dat are made in da USA.  Dey is only 2 calories per treat, so ya can definitely have a few.  There's over 150 treats in a 2 oz bag.  Or as I call it, breakfast.

Da ingredients are: duck, chickpeas, chicken meal, peas, herring meal, cranberries, blueberries, chicken fat (preserved with mixed tocopherols), natural flavors, ground flaxseed, salmon oil, rosemary extract, green tea extract, and spearmint extract.

Well, dey come in cute shapes.  Let's see how dey taste.

We liked these treats a lot and are givin da Wellness Kittles Duck and Cranberries Treats 12 paws up and happy kitty purrs!  We's definitely thankful Chewy sent us so much!  And Chewy gets eggstra purrs too for da fast shippin - fanks for lettin us try dis yummy food!

Well, it are Thursday and dat means it are poet-tree time. And dis week it are a challenge - da letter are X.  I coulda done xylophone, eggsept I are not really shure what dat are. I coulda done x-ray, but who wants to think about da V-E-T? I coulda done eXceptional or eXtraordinary or eXcellent (all woulda been poems about yours truly), but it felt kinda like cheatin. Den it hit me, momma has been goin on all week bout dis Pirates movie, and she even dressed me up in a piratical bandana today.  So it has to be . . .

Angie had to go to da vet today for a shot - and no panic attacks or seizures!!  Yay!!

Well, it duzn't quite measure up to da treasures described in my poem, but a good box is always appreciated . . .

Happy birthday Finley!

Happy 11th birthday to our woofie sisfur Finley!

Finley is by FAR my favorite dog - she's a good buddy to us kittehs and duzn't try to chase us like Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum.

To sell-a-brates her birthday, we all got a lil bacon today!

Ok, maybe Angelique is not impressed wif dog birthdays, but any day dat means bacon is good for me!

I'm a cat and I'm very proud of my whiskers

Ya better not think of cuttin em wif Fiskers

I need all my whiskers to help me sense and feel

Yup, a cat's whiskers really are quite a big deal

Some kitties have black ones, but mine are mostly white

Sometimes a black one shows up and that are alright

I luv my whiskers and my momma luvs em too

I bet she wishes she had some like me and you!

Angelique's got some impressive whiskers too!

As does Crockett. Can ya believe today are his THIRD Gotcha Day??  Happy Gotcha Day buddy! I says we sell-a-brate wif bacon, ok momma??

Vacuous by Travis Ford

Some call her vacuous, some say airhead 

I are pretty shure dat she are braindead

She are real cute, but brainy she are not

One or two are all da brain cells she's got

She smiles a lot and chases her tail

She's not eggsactly the smartest female

She barks and luvs to chase da tennis ball

I don't see the appeal of that at all

She wags her tail and always looks real sweet

Her only thought is how to score a treat

I kinda like her, I will admit to that

Even if she's not as smart as a cat

Ok, I luv to complain bout her, but really, she are ok. Even if she's not dat smart. At least she duzn't have claws like Angelique!

Well, Crockett's peeps are back in town! Dey were gone dis weekend to a law school ree-union, whatever dat are.

He are happy to have his momma back.

I'm happy she's back too. Becuz she gives good head rubs. And most importantly, because now I won't hafta share my bedroom wif THREE dogs. Yeah, I's surprised I made it through too.
