Well pals, I are not feeling too hot. Which I guess are good since yesterday it seemed like I had a fever. I has been hiding some and sneezin pretty much nonstop. It are kinda like this.
Yeah, lotsa sneezin. I'm on antibiotics, so hopefully that'll help.
Bowie went back to da emergency vet last nite for a recheck (they're free and given the difficulties with getting in to see a vet because of the coronavirus shutdowns, it seemed like a smart thing). No fever, but he did get an appetite stimulant since he wuz still not eating good. He's still sneezy today, but not as bad as me.
Angelique still has a few sneezies, but she wuz the furst one to have it, so she seems to be the best off right now. We thought she just mighta had a lil allergies, but it's pretty clear it wuz the upper respiratory infection that we've all come down wif. Fanks to all our pals for the POTP.
Fanks to Pipo, Dalton, and Benji for da POTP badge. And fanks also for da birthday badge for Bowie.
Finley is doing much better too. She got to come home today and the infection on her leg looks a lot better. Her hip is still in place, so that wuz good news.
I hope everybody is feeling MUCH better soon! I'm continuing to send healing purrs.
ReplyDeleteFank you.
DeleteOh, those sneezies are horrible...as a peep with multiple allergies that make her sneeze sometimes twenty times in a row, she knows how miserable that can be.
ReplyDeletePoor little dude. Hope you feel tons better tomorrow.
And good to know that Bowie is doing better, at least we are pawyering for that. Same for Angelique, she's on the mend? Hooray!
Hope Finley will get all better too.
Angelique seems to be doing the best - we think she had this furst.
DeleteI am glad that Bowie and Angelique are improving and hope you do too now that you are on the antibiotics.
ReplyDeleteGood news that Finley's hip joint stayed in place and the infection is getting better.
We were worried about her hip, but she seems to be doing good.
DeleteYikes on upper respiratory infections - but VERY happy everyone is on antibiotics and that should knock that nasty infection OUT OF TOWN!! We want you all to be healthy. It's also good that Finley got her infection taken care of from her leg - let's hope EVERYONE gets better and STAYS that way!! Sending a big pile of POTP to you - please pass it around and know that we want you WELL.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Teddy and Mom
Fanks. We need it. I think da mommas need some for their mental health too - or some very strong cocktails!
DeleteWe sure are sending tons of purrs your way, we've been worried about all of you. Please shake that nasty bug soon.
ReplyDeleteFanks.
DeleteI'm happy there is some recovery, especially with poor Finley. I hope everyone is back to full health very shortly.
ReplyDeleteYeah, she are doing pretty good. Good thing somebody are.
DeleteTravis, everyone, I am so sorry you are feeling poorly. Hearing that little sneeze made mom think of how many times her face has been sneezed on...in the night in bed and during the day. You and all your fur siblings feel better quickly, handsome boy.
ReplyDeleteYour cougar girlfriend XXOO

ReplyDeleteBrinley are fine. It are Finley that had the hip procedure.

ReplyDeleteFank you.
DeleteGlad Finley's hip is in place. Praying you are all better soon.XO
ReplyDeleteFanks!
DeleteWhat emergency Vet do you use?
ReplyDeleteEmergency Animal Hospital of Collin County (Custer and 121). We're really happy wif them - we've had other animals have to go there and they've always treated us well.
