Thoroughly Poetical Thursday

Hey y'all!  Da sun has been out, so we has all been enjoyin some sunpuddles round here.  Nuffin like spring sunpuddles to make for happy kittehs.  Well, dere are anudder thing dat makes us even happier.  And it are da subject of dis week's poem.

"Pork" by Travis Ford

Drop da knife and forget da fork
Just gimme some of dat pork
It don't matter which you're makin
I like ham, sossidge, and bacon
Now it's time to pull out da bibs
Cuz I smell some baby back ribs
Ya know what else I think are tops?
Da taste of delishus pork chops
Remember to please share da ham
A pork-lovin' cat I am!
I don't want any cash or coin
But would I love a tenderloin
It's fine if you're a Kosher Jew
Cuz I well eat da pork for you!

Dat poem made me all hungry.

  11. MOL! The humans here don't eat pork (or beef, or anything on four legs), so bacon is a real treat when I can get it!

  16. I love your poem. I'm not sure we could live together because you'd want to eat my pork chops or tenderloin! Pork is so very yummy but I admit I try to limit how much bacon I eat. It's so tasty, but so unhealthy.
