Sunday Selfies

Sunday Funday? Well, since it involved chikken livers (for some reason Crockett and Angelique turn up their noses at it so it are ALL MINE), I'd say it wuz a Sunday Funday. And da momma brought out her thousand and one Easter bunnies, so my room are now a bunnypalooza. 

AND dere wuz surprise sunshine today, so we all got sun naps - da best kind!

And in one week, somefin AMAZING are gonna happen. Well, at least I think it are amazing. Looks like Angelique has some doubts, MOL! 

Caturday Art

Well, it are Caturday. Which means it are time for artsy photos (and bacon of course!)

Even Crockett looks a lil enigmatic - well, until ya look at da tongue dat are. 

And it's been out in full force dis weekend.  

Yeah, I still don't get it. I don't want my tongue drying out!

Hmmm, I think I heard da sizzle of bacon right then!

Not shure if this makes up for painting a dog instead of a second portrait of me. On second thought, it definitely doesn't - I need a pound of bacon to make up for dat STAT! 

Respect Your Cat Day

Yeah, it are Respect Your Cat Day. And really, it should be EVERY day, but today wuz a good day to demand a lil extra respect. 

So how did we get respect today??? Well, we got sossidge. And we got treats. And we got LOTS of pets.

And Angelique got to smacky paw a certain rambunkshus lil dog. If only dat would teach her some respect . . .

I think he wuz just smelling da tastiness of dat Whataburger breakfast da mommas got dis morning. And no, dey did not share even though dere wuz bacon, sossidge, and fried chikken involved.

Monday Selfies

LATE wif our Sunday Selfies post TWICE in a month momma???

Yeah, she went to see Pink last night. And yeah da tornado sirens went off while she wuz at da concert (don't worry, we are all fine - nothing here but rain even if some neighboring suburbs got softball-sized hail).

But we hafta have MONDAY selfies TWICE in a month??? And it only barely still Monday.

Yeah, da momma are lucky all she are getting are a razz.

And ok, it's not quite a selfie. But momma duz have a picture of Pink to share (and by da way, she said da concert wuz very good and very fun). I say we should get extra treats for letting her put this up.

Caturday Art!

Well, we'll start off wif our Caturday Art. I are thinkin I look kinda mister-serious wif dis effect. 

Da momma akshually started a new painting today - but she says it are gonna be of a D-O-G! What da meow?? 

I guess since she did paint da three of us before even one dog, we can't complain TOO much.

At least we got our Caturday bacon anyways.

We's been having a quiet weekend (well, as quiet as it are wif ME around) here.

Da mommas are abandoning us to go to a P!nk concert tomorrow.

Dey better make up for it wif LOTSA cat treats.

And maybe some new nip toys.

Yeah, and a few grilled shrimp too!

If I lived on a floating house

I don't think that I'd catch a mouse

But I would be a real winner

Because I could hunt for dinner

I'd just listen for that splash splish

And I would hook me a fish!

Happy Birthday Crockett!

Crockett turned 5 today! Happy birthday BFF and welcome to da Cinco Años club.

My momma gave him a couple of feather ball toys for his birthday.

Dey look like fun.

I have a feeling Angelique will be, uhhh, borrowing them.

And he got dis fun mouse toy from his momma - it squeaks and rolls around on da ground. We's all been chasing it.

And look at these cute lil nip toys - a burger and a shake!

Look at Crockett - he's saying "ALL FOR ME!"

And of course there wuz bacon too. It wouldn't be a birthday without it! Happy birthday to my BFF and to one of da two best lookin orange mancats in da whole world!
