Happy Memorial Day y'all! And before anyone jumps on me (or momma, MOL) for saying "happy" in front of Memorial Day - her view is dat she would want people to remember her wif happiness and not sadness, so yes, even though Memorial Day are serious stuff, and we are grateful for those who have sacrificed, you can be happy as well. Or at least try, MOL. I'd be happier if I got some of those burgers and hot dogs ya hear so much about, but no such luck here. Ok, now on to da mewsic . . . da theme this week are . . . Memorial Day. So here's my take on a Memorial Day playlist.

Caturday Art

Well, we are back in not-so-exciting Lubbock. 

I may LOOK sweet here, but I gave my momma a horrible time on Tuesday when she wuz trying to leave. I hid and kept shifting WHERE I was hiding and made her waste an hour! Heh heh! Unfortunately, she eventually found me and shoved me in da PTU and I wuz stuck in da car.

As a result of my hidey cat games, she had to drive in hailstorm with hurricane force winds outside of Lubbock. Pretty funny, huh??

Ok, here's her Caturday art. I asked her if it wuz a drawing of moi, but she said no because dere wuzn't any devil horns. What da meow momma?

Happy Birthday Bonham!

Today we're celebrating Bonham's birthday!  

Now we don't really know when his birthday is, or how old he is for sure. So da mommas picked May 26th for his birthday and we are guessing he are 2 based on what da vet estimated.

As ya can tell, he got some good presents. A nippy piñata wand toy, a shark, and a nip nana.

And judging by his face, dat nip musta been chronic, MOL.

Bowie wuz a lil more cooperative, MOL.

Angelique wuz about as displeased as me. And momma snuck up on Bonham, MOL.

Ok, now for da music. There's no theme this week, so we are going to have to go wif our own theme. 

Yup, we LOVE summer. After all, it means lotsa sunspots!

Well, we had a pretty good day, even if there wuz a lack of bacon (it has been promised for tomorrow).

There wuz plenty of cat treats, headrubs, and wand time though.

Hey pals!

Well, yesterday we got to model our new bandanas.

As ya can tell, I'm still in Plano.

Probably until sometime next week - it depends on da weather since my momma does not want to drive in a storm.

I have been having fun getting to hang out wif everyone.

Bonham and I have started making friends and we were even napping together on da bed one morning.

But mostly, I'm waiting for some bacon!
