Well, dere wasn't any bacon today, but dere was ham and dat are almost as good.  And did I menshun I got to try chikken livers out dis weekend too?  OMC, dat stuff are delishus!!!

Well, it were a good Caturday round here, I got some bacon dis mornin.  And nuffin makes a Caturday good like bacon does.  Crockett even got to try a lil bit of bacon and he luved it too.  So dat makes Maurice da only non-bacon lover in da house.  I fink da peeps are gonna have to start makin more da way me and Crockett likes to eat!

Cat Burglar

Well, me and lil Crockett are gettin to be better pals all da time.  He are gettin bigger, so he are a little easier to play wif.  At first, I'd just stare at him, but no we are playin all da time, battin mousies and crinkle balls all round da kitchen and bouncin off walls together.  We's even started snoozin together.

And in other good news, I managed to snag some Greenies da other day.  I'm always stealin foodz from da kitchen and takin if off to my room to eat.  I guess ya could say I's a cat burglar, MOL!  Sometimes it are human foodz - I's stolen all kindsa things but it are pretty rare I actually gets to enjoy dem.  I sure enjoyed dose Greenies though.

Ya can tell I was happy bout gettin em.  And nope, I didn't share wif Crockett or Maurice.

Black and White Father's Day

Happy Daddy's Day to all da daddies out dere!  Our daddy/grandpa (he's Crockett's daddy and mine and Maurice's grandpa) had a good day - he got some Jimmy Buffett concert tickets.

Da best part of da day, at least in my purrspektive, were da bacon. My momma made bacon as part of his Father's Day brunch, and I got fed lil pieces.  She also made some more bacon and put it in a plastic bag (she says it were for dinner from somefin called avocado potato salad).  Anyways, da peeps went off and left da ziploc baggie wif bacon on da counter - I fink ya know where this is going.

I snagged it and tried to head to my room, but da door was closed.  So instead I just ripped da bag open in da hallway and were munchin down on bacon when my momma caught me.  I didn't even get dat much, but what I got were delishus!

I just wanna know, since Father's Day means two meals wif bacon, how come I only got bacon once on my birfday?  Somefin are not right here, but as long as I get some bacon wif each meal, I's happy!  I begged for bacon again while dey were makin da potato salad and I got some - it were tasty stuff!

Cowboy Kitty

Hey y'all, Travis here.  I think lil Crockett may be takin dis whole "Lone Star Cats" thing a lil too far - he thinks he are a cowboy.  Da problem is, he thinks me and Maurice are horses dat he needs to ride.  He jumps up on our backs and we'll run around tryin to shake him off.

Crockett:  What?  I are not a cowboy??  But I are, I are Crockett, King of da Wild Frontier!  Or the errrr, living room I guess.  Giddyup!

See y'all?  Dis are da craziness we's been puttin up wif.  Da lil dude are fun, but sometimes he just don't know when to quit.  I has been teachin him some fun stuff though, like counter surfing.  He are gettin to be a real expert.

And he are also really likes da dogs, just like me.  He were snugglin wif Whitley earlier.  She luvs playin wif him - maybe he should just let his cowboy craziness loose on her.

Hey y'all!  Well, we're all doin pretty good here.  I gots some bacon dis mornin - only a tiny bit since my tummy are still not normal - at least dat are what momma said.  I fink my tummy would feel a lot better if she gave me more bacon, but it are hard to convince da mommas of things like dis.

Da Lint Roller

Hey y'all!  It's been a busy couple of days for me - I had to go to da vet yesterday.  See, I'd been upchuckin and havin da Montezuma's Revenge.  It had been goin on for a couple days and da peeps got worried since they knew I had been messin wif dose ribbons.  So off I went to da vetman.

He rubbed my belly and said he didn't feel anything, but he kept me dere to take some x rays and give me some fluids and vitamins and stuff.  Purrsonally, I fink he just wanted to hang out wif me.  Cuz he has talked bout how much he likes me, and let's face it, who wouldn't want to hang out wif me?  Even da vet techs all luv me, even da ones who are "dog people" - I are turnin dem into kitty people!  Dey all wants to pet me and luv on me, it are not too tuff havin to be there.

Anyways, he gave me some yucky medicines and told momma to only feed me small amounts at a time.  What are dis?  I thought we wuz pals???

So I were not in a real good mood dis mornin.  I were missin my ribbons.  I wanted to chew dem.  So I saw dis interestin thing - it were dis sticky plastic thing, I fink it were called a lint roller.  Anyways, I tried chewin it, but dat sticky stuff got stuck to my tongue!  I couldn't get it off, da whole lint roller were  hangin off my tongue.  Maurice and my momma were laffin at me - eventually it fell off and I ran away - dat were so embarrassing!
