Santa Paws are almost here!

I don't think my compadres wuz as eggcited to wear da Santa hat as me.  

Well, I've been meowin bout our tree for weeks now - I figgered y'all might wanna see it.

Can a tree take a selfie??

There's 2 Crockett memorial ornaments - one my momma gave Crockett's momma and one her friends from the Dogster/Facebook group Westies Unite did. 

Even "dog people" loved Crockett. We all miss him.

As ya can tell, it are a VERY decorated tree.

Hallmark ornaments, glass ornaments, homemade ornaments, icicles, well, it's got a bit of everything.

And we wouldn't want it any other way!

Da mommas did the decorated cookies today.

Momma says she's looking for a good cat cookie cutter. 

If the DOGS get cookies of them, I want cat cookies. I demand equal time!

Meowy Christmas Eve!

Meowy Christmas Eve y'all!  We got to escape da antlers today and just wore dese plaid bandanas my momma made.  We's all festive and ready for Christmas!

Momma already made up da crabbycakes for tomorrow's brunch and dat meant CRAB time for us orange boys.  Angie ain't too big on raw seafood, she wuzn't even in da kitchen when momma wuz makin em.  She wuz snoozin wif her momma.  And round here, ya snooze, ya lose!

Well, today it wuz Santa hats.  And we got to wear da udder side of da woodland bandana.

Does Santa give razzberries??  Crockett Santa does!

And Angelique are even toleratin my momma's silliness.  She must really be anglin for presents.

My momma has been up more Christmas Bakin and not da pork kind.  Dese are some of da yummies she and Crockett's momma has made.

Mint chocolate brownies.

Christmas Bacon?

So da mommas kept talkin bout how dey wuz gonna get started on da Christmas bacon.

And we got real eggcited - I mean, it wuz more dan a week befor Christmas, and dey wuz already gettin started.  We must be gettin tons and tons of bacon for Christmas - maybe our mommas finally got a clue!!

But so far, we has not been seein any bacon.  Not one slice.  Instead, it are all dese cookies, candies, and breads.  No pork.  None at all.  And we's not bein allowed to sample any of it!!

So, where's da pork???  I wuz real confuserated, but Crockett said he thought my momma wuz sayin "bakin" and not "bacon."  Her and her southern accent and her inability to see "ing" or somefin like dat.  I guess dat makes as much cents as anything.  All I know is dat I better see some piggy, STAT!
