So for my selfie today, I wore da other side of my new bandana.
But I'm not the only one who got a new bandana.
Yeah, my momma mailed bandanas to Bowie and Angelique too.
Yeah, my pals look as good in em as I do.
They are both doing ok.
Keeping da homestead lizard and clutter-free I heard.
I should be getting to see them in March.

Hi pals! Well, momma says I almost got a new brother today. Ok, she wuz really just trying to lure an orange kitty she saw in a parking lot into her car. He ran right in front of her car, so she stopped and tried to call him, but he hid between a couple dumpsters then took off into a field. Hopefully he'll find somewhere warm to hang out - momma says it are cold out there.
Anyways, I'm looking forward to a nice weekend wif momma - hopefully there'll be some bacon in my future!

Isn't nice of my momma's job to recognize Mancat Monday as an offishul holiday so she could spend it wif me? Wait momma, what??? Oh, ok, I has been informed dat it are not an offishul holiday, but dat today are in fact MLK Day. Which I are totally on board wif too - I mean, I would never judge my pals by da color of dere furs. Maybe by how willing they are to share treats and hunt lizards wif me, but never da color of dere furs. Dat are just nuts. Wouldn't it be better if da humans had it all figgered out like we do?

CATstiutional Rights
So I are back in Lubbock and momma is back to her job. She has new classes dis semester - she are teaching EviCATS and CATstitutional law. Ok, maybe I has been in da nip, but I swear dat are what she said. Anyways, she survived da furst week, so I guess dat are good. I says we celebrate tomorrow wif a bacon breakfast and I think it might actually happen!
I tried to convince her she didn't need to marinate dem chikken breasts and put dem in da freezer, she coulda just given em to me RAW, but yeah, no such luck. Maybe I'll have better luck wif da bacon breakfast if I keep her company while she watches da Sopranos tonite. I kinda think bacon should be a CATstitutional right, don't you? Oh and it's apparently Dress Up Your Pet Day - good thing I wore my gnome bandana, huh?

Caturday Art
Well, da mommas has been super busy da last couple days.
Mostly to do wif undecorating Christmas.
Bowie offered to help wif da ornaments, but after seeing what he did to one of momma's German blown glass kitty ornaments, well, uhh, his offer to help wuzn't too well-received. Good thing he are cute and sweet.
I'm thinking momma needs to replace dat black and gray cat ornament wif an orange one - don't ya think?
But da mommas said dey had some fun too. Dey went to go see da new Spider-Man movie.
We know all about spiders! Dey can be fun to pounce on and torture.
Momma says I are missing da point. Oh well, lemme know when it are a good movie like MY idea, Orange Panther: Orange Is Da New Black.
But we are getting a lil worried, today momma wuz packin and packin. And I hasn't even finished giving Bowie remedial biscuit lessons!
