Hi pals. I'm guessing most of y'all have heard da sad news about Truffle and Brulee's momma, Paula. All of us in da Cat Blogging world are so sad about what is happening and I'm sending luv and purrs to her, her family, and of course Truffle and Brulee.

A Trip to da Vet in My New PTU

Hey pals. Well, as ya can see by da above picture, my swollen lip wuz still lookin da same swollen dis morning.  I has not been razzin like Crockett, I leaves da tongue ackshun up to him - even if all he had to offer today wuz a baby razz.

We still don't know what caused my lip to swell up - it coulda been a weekend squabble wif Angelique, but we are not shure.

Anyways, it wuz not improvin, so off to da vet I went.

Earlier dis month, I won a giveaway hosted by Truffle and Brulee of Sweet Purrfections for a Petmate Jackson Galaxy expandable carrier. Momma didn't think we'd have da oppurrtunity to give it a test run until next month (I are due for a tooth cleaning), but she pulled it out today. 

I really liked da carrier - I ackshually did NOT sing da Song of My People in da car like usual.

Dis soft carrier shure beat da old hard-side PTU. And since I was sitting on momma's lap, I could feel her which helped me keep calm. I even licked her through da mesh.

And I wuz able to snuggle down.

I got to see all my friends at da vet (I are Wendy da Vet Tech's FAVORITE cat - she are not really a "cat person" but says I are so chill, she would like to have a cat like me). I's super calm at da vet and never bite and scratch, so I are an easy patient. I got a shot wif some Aunty Inflammatories and some udder stuffs - it wuz not an abscess, so I didn't hafta get it lanced or nuffin. It are kinda of a wait and see thing to make shure it just a lil swollen lip and not a tumor or something else. If I still has it next Tuesday, I are gonna hafta to go back.    

While I wuz waiting, momma popped down da sides so I could explore da new PTU - I like dat it wuz expandable - more room are always good. I could even have Crockett in here for a Mancat Pawty!

As ya can tell, plenty of room to explore. I are definitely a fan of dis new PTU - nuffin like traveling in style, even if it are just to da vet. So check out da Petmate Jackson Galaxy expandable carrier - you'll be glad ya did.

Ballerinas really luv to dance

They spin, leap, and jump given the chance

Beautiful, they are often desired

They's got lots in common wif a cat!
