Hope y'all had a good Purrsday - we did here.
Sunpuddles to lie in, Crockett's toys to play wif . . .
And now it are poem time! Today's poem are inspired by dis photo, chosen by Angel Sammy and Teddy.
If I lived on a floating house
I don't think that I'd catch a mouse
But I would be a real winner
Because I could hunt for dinner
I'd just listen for that splash splish
And I would hook me a fish!
It would be fun to catch your own fish for dinner.
ReplyDeleteGreat poem! We had some salmon fish for dinner yesterday. But I dont think my ghostwriter caught it herself.
ReplyDeleteClapping wildly you and your staff have such a way with words!!
ReplyDeleteLove it
Hugs Cecilia

ReplyDeleteGreat poem!
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful poem and you're both too cute!
ReplyDeleteGreat poem gang...you're right too - how totally cool it would be to catch fish from your very own front porch on the water....you don't need a fishin' pole - just stick your paw down and hook 'em on your claw! Fresh sushi. YUM.
ReplyDeleteThanks for being poetical with us!
Love, Teddy
