Sunday Selfies

 

Hi pals. 

Well, it's been a tuff weekend around here. Finley are not doing well - she had a really tough morning on Saturday and just couldn't seem to settle down and get comfortable.

We appreciate all the purrs and POTP for her. She'll probably be making her way to the Endless Bacon Buffet later this week. The humans are sad, and so are we. She always wuz very sweet to us.

So I guess that explains the serious look in today's selfies.

The mommas are planning something speshul for her last meal since eating is about the only thing she likes anymore, she doesn't even want to sit with them or get pets or anything.

Anyways, we hope our pals have a good week.

So tonite we're showing off da other side of our watermelon bandanas - which are more watermelons. Ok, watermelons might be OK, but ya don't win friends wif fruit.

BBQ on da udder paw . . . Yeah, grandma made somme BBQ brisket and YUMMM. There wuz some very happy kitties in our casa.

Well, things are still kinda down around here. Finley is doing a lil worse everyday - she's in pain and having a hard time standing/walking. She'll probably be making her journey to da land of Infinite Steaks and Bacon next week.  

But we thought we'd take a lil break from da sads and cheer everyone up by modeling our new watermelon bandanas. 

I think we're the real watermelon kings (ok, and a queen). I mean, Harry Styles WHO?

Finley Update

  

Hi pals. Well, our pup big sister Finley is not doing too good. We think she's going blind. She is having a harder and harder time walking and standing. And a lot of times, she yelps and screams.

  

Da mommas are not shure if it is pain or dementia. Probably a combination.  

She still likes to eat her food, but that's about it. Sometimes she wants a pat, but sometimes she doesn't because she hurts.

We all luv her and we hate seeing her hurt. She's always been a real good friend to us cats.  

Da mommas have said Finley are probably going to be making her trip to join Whitley, Jezebel, Charlie, Maurice, and Crockett in da Land of Infinite Steaks and Bacons soon.  

We know our blog are usually happy and silly, but dis are not either one of those. But we didn't want anyone to be caught off guard or surprised when Finley goes. She's over 15 and she never really recovered from her hip dislocation last spring. Da mommas luv her tons and have been trying to keep her comfortable, but lately she's even been having a hard time standing when they carry her outside to do her business. It sucks, we wish she could have had a better end. But she will get a big send-off with steak and lots of luv.
