Happy Gotcha Day Crockett!  Ya's been my lil brofur for 2 years now and we shure is happy to have ya here.

We's become da bestest of pals - Dubble Trubble if I does say so myself.

Yeah, tongue and all.

We's still trapped in da sunroom, but at least we finally got some bacon last nite.  See, Crockett's momma ordered a Chop House Cheddar burger last nite from Whataburger.

Ok, dat burger looks delishus, but da real eggcitin part is dat dere wuz bacon on it!  And Crockett's momma shared wif us boys, sayin we wuz lookin particularly bacon deprived.  Or depraved or somefin.  She's da best.  Unlike Angelique's momma who ordered an avocado bacon burger last week and didn't share.  Or my momma, who only ever orders chikken samwiches.  I don't know what are wrong wif her, passing up bacon like dat.

P.S.  We also wanted to tell ya dat Whitley's Westie pals donated $100 in her memory to Westie Rescue of North Texas - dat are just pawsome!!

Sunday Selfies

Hey y'all.  Dis weekend stunk - no bacon at all!  I don't know how we are even survivin round here.

Da kitchen are sposed to be done next week, but yeah, da mommas said not to hold dere breaths on dat one.  I don't know why dey don't order some food wif BACON for us - it would be da least dey could do.

And added to dat frustrayshun are dat Blogger are not workin for us - had to type dis post on Crockett's momma's computer for some reason, blogger are da only website givin her isshoes.  And more frustrayshuns are just what she don't need.

We know dis are da selfies post, but we wanted to show off some of da sweet gifts momma has gotten in memory of Whitley.  She shure had a lotta pals.

Momma and Whitley's pals from da Westies Unite group (furst on Dogster and now on da Book of Faces) got her dis James Avery paw charm.

It has Whitley's name engraved on da back.

Whitley's pals from Ohio, Darby and Caleigh, and dere momma sent my momma all kindsa beeyootifull westie angel things - an ornament, a garden flag, and a vinyl decal.  Momma are debating whether to put da decal on her car or save it for her new rose gold macbook she are plannin on gettin.

And Whitley's pals Pugsley and Angels Ebby, Wrinkles, and Ceeley and dere momma sent my momma dis speshul photo frame - momma already put a photo of Whit in it and it are up on da Whitley Wall outside our bedroom.

We's all still missin Whitley a lot.  Finley has been sleepin in my room wif me and momma - she tends to wake her daddy up a lot during da nite but she behaves a lot better for my momma, MOL!  And I are startin to warm up to her more, we wuz even cuddlin a couple of nites ago, which are a furst.  I used to cuddle wif Whitley a lot.

Flower Friday

Well, da kitchen remuddlin continues - it doesn't look like any bacon will be comin outta there tomorrow morning, dat's for shure.  So be shure to send you bacon care packages right to me, I are gonna need em.

I might even share wif Crockett . . . 

We's managing ok. All of us are still missin Whitley tons and Finley has been sleepin in my bed wif my momma.  At furst, I wuzn't too shure bout dat, but I are startin to warm up to her.  

And now for da flowers, I knows I's promised I'd show y'all some outside flowers, and I will.  But dis week, momma got a beeyootifull orchid plant from Sydney and everyone at Chewy.com in honor of Whitley, and we wanted to show ya.

Da flowers are white, just like Whitley.

It wuz so sweet of Sydney to send dis plant, Chewy are a company dat really cares and one we definitely recommend.

Wags and Waves for Forrest

Hey y'all!  We's here today as part of da Wags and Waves for Forrest.

Ok, we ain't real big own waggin.  After all, if ya see a cat's tail waggin, you's bout to meet da bizness end of da smacky paw, and nobody wants dat.  Speshully if dat smacky paw are Angelique's.  I has nightmares bout dat thing!

So our wave are gonna be in moosikal form, hope dat are ok wif ya Forrest.  Our Whitley who just followed ya to da Bridge LUVED da beach. I don't really get it, it just looks like a giant litter box to me.  And while a giant litterbox would be cool, it doesn't seem all dat eggciting.  I mean, it's not like it's covered in bacon or nuffin.  Anyways, I are digressin, anyways, Whitley luved da beach and we hope dat she are Forrest are up at da Bridge enjoyin some steaks and waves.  So catch a wave buddy!

We's been stuck in either da sunroom or our bedrooms all day cuz of da remuddlin - dis are what our kitchen looks like now!

Uh, how are bacon sposed to made in there????

In udder news, Whitley's ashes came home today.  She'll be going in the garden in her own speshul area wif lots of pink and white flowers.  We all miss her and know to well how your family are feelin Forrest, big hugs from Texas all da way to Oz for y'all.

Happy Momma's Day to all you momma's out there!

My momma and Crockett's momma didn't eggsactly get a relacksing day.  Da remuddlin guys are coming tomorrow to start in on da kitchen, so dey spent pretty much da whole day packing EVERYTHING up.  Dey woulda been more on top of things, but wif all we've been dealin wif dis last week wif Whitley passing and all, dey had been too preoccupado to deal wif da kitchen stuff.  So today dey really had to get to work.

Yeah, I agree Crockett, work deserves a big ol razzberry.  But even wif all da work, da mommas made time for some tasty noms.  My momma made brunch for da whole family - crabcakes eggs benedict wif mimosas for da ladies (well, if ya can call em dat) of da house!

Den Crockett's momma opened her presents - she got jewelry from Crockett's daddy and Angelique's momma and my momma gave her some nail polish and a vintage Barbie doll just like she'd had as a lil girl.  Den it wuz work, work, work.

Yeah, just like RiRi.  MOL!  Anyways, dey are finally pretty much done and got to have dinner (boiled shrimpies and red sauce!) and some drinkies (a speshul drinky my momma made up called da Raspberry Kitten) - dey definitely earned em!  Dessert tonite are key lime pie and probably anudder a drinky or two.  Or more if my momma are decidin. 

Flower Friday

Hey y'all.  Travis Ford here.  Well, we's all been havin da sads round here, da house just ain't da same wifout our woofie Whitley.  I's been tryin my best to be eggstra loud wif my meywoling, Whitley wuz quite da barky lil thing.  So I's tryin to keep it noisy round here for her.

I think Angelique wuz even feelin like being sweet to my momma since she cooperated so well for her photo today.  And she went over and gave my momma some eggstra headbonks yesterday.

Crockett are busy being our comic relief.  He is just givin da hint of a razz here, but he wuz doing a Gene Simmons impersonayshun earlier.  Momma said she didn't know Kiss wuz giving a concert in da kitchen, MOL!

Anyways, we wanted to share some of da pickshures our bloggin and Facebook pals made for Whitley - momma ain't writing on Whitley's blog until she gets a new puppy, so I sharin em here.

We's so appresheative for all of em.  My momma are doin ok - she are very sad of course, but she knows Whitley wouldn't want her to sit around and wallow feelin bad.  I wuz just glad she felt good enuf to make pizza tonite and gimme some of dat sossidge.  Sossidge don't bring back Whitley, but it does make my tummy happier.

Anyways, to get to da point of dis post - one of Whitley's blogging pals Dory hosts a Flower Friday every Friday.  And Whitley used to partisipates in it and before she made her way to da Land of Infinite Bacon, Smashed Taters, and Eggie Weggies, I promised her dat I'd continue doin Flower Friday on my blog.  Even if I don't gets to go outside and see da flowers like she did.  But today it are not bout outside flowers, but about a beeyootifull boo-kay dat arrived yesterday in honor of Whitley.  Whitley's pals from Minnesnowdah (Ernie George's momma for those of you who we knew from WAY back in da Dogster/Catster days) sent my momma dis boo-kay.  And it are in my room and makin da room smell wonderful!!
