Well, I think Bowie has a role in the new Ghostbusters movie, since he survived an attack by Slimer today.
Nope, not a ghost, but a certain cray cray puppy. Kinley got him and slimed him good.
Yikes, dat are one spitty lil kitty!
Angelique says he needs to learn to use his smacky paws on her. I'm just happy she got him instead of me!
Since today are purrsday, it are also poem day! Angel Sammy and Teddy provided da photo, I provide da poetic genius. And humility and modesty of course!
Walking that many dogs are nuts
Just look at all those crazy mutts
What if those dogs pull him right down
And he are lying on the ground?
My momma walks two at most
That many dogs and she'd be toast!
She has a crazy terrier
She'd wind up on her derrière!
Pawsome poem :)
ReplyDeleteBowie, that was a pawsome slime job on you! Yikes!!!!!
Angelique and Travis , you both look good :)

ReplyDeleteWell, maybe Bowie is a diplocat, understanding the art of non-escalation? Great poem - I too thought that was waaaay too many leashes to be wrangling. Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx
Oh yuck! Now Bowie needs a real bath to get rid of all that slimy dog slobber. My dog brother Bentley occasionally gave us a lick with his big Golden Retriever tongue, but we never got that slobbered!
ReplyDeleteThat for sure is one load of slobber...blech!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking perhaps that dog walker could get airborne if those dogs start to run!
Yuk! Bowie got slimed good and proper!
ReplyDeleteGreat poem too.
@Mickey's Musings - Yeah, she really got him!
ReplyDelete@The Florida Furkids - He had to be wiped off!
@The Island Cats - And he kept going back for more!
@Dash Kitten Crew - Yeah, and he kept trying to play wif her too!
@Summer - She used to lick Crockett too, but this is the slimiest she's ever gotten a cat.
@neora chana - Fanks!
@Yamini MacLean - Non-escalation is one thing, but he might be getting into appeasement territory.
@The Indulged Furries - He had to be wiped off wif a damp washcloth!
@Meezer's Mews & Terrieristical Woofs - Ya wouldn't think one 15 pound dog has that much slime!
@Memories of Eric and Flynn - He really did!
Oh man...my katie toes are curling! REALLY curling.
ReplyDeleteJoey dog used to slobber squeaky toys like that. BOL!
ReplyDeleteYou do look freshly slimmed Bowie! Fun poem gang!!!
ReplyDeleteBowie OMCs slimed by Kinley...that reminded me of a song my daughter and her gal pals would say before they discovered not all boys had cooties
ReplyDelete'circle circle dot dot now I have the cootie shot'
You might need a cootie shot
Hugs Cecilia
PS I loved your momma's poem too...especially the last two lines

@The Gang at LLB - Fanks!
@Ramblingon - MOL, I agree!
@pilch92 - Fanks!
OH NOOOOOO! Slimed! A good brushing ought to take care of that little problem but maybe he can escape next time that certain pup decides to give him a bath. Your poem is absolutely hilarious! I'm sure Angel Sammy had a good chuckle like we did. I bet this guy has wound up on his back side more than once with all the power behind those leashes pulling him along. Thanks for joining in the poetry fun.
ReplyDeleteLove, Teddy
Oh my! That is some evidence of major doggy love! MOL! Love the poem!
ReplyDelete@Pam and Teddy - Yeah, imagine if those pups saw a bunny!
ReplyDelete@Catscue Cat Mom - Fanks!
