Well, pals, we hasn't posted in a couple days cuz we had some bad news here.
See, on Saturday, my grandpa (AKA Bowie's daddy or my momma's daddy) wuz out walking in our nayborhood and he got hit by a car.
And not just bumped or something - he wuz hit so hard we wuz thrown in da air and landed hard in da street.
He had to go to da murgency room.
YIKES! We have been to da kitty vershun of that and it are no fun!
His humerus bone are broken up in his shoulder. And no, it are not humorous at all.
He has to go to da orthopedist tomorrow to find out if he are gonna need surgery. Good thing he has three kitty nurses.
And he are in a lotta pain. So just as a reminder, everybody better watch where you're driving!
Oh my goodness. I hope he will be OK this sounds totally insane. Please can pass on my best wishes and hopes for a quick recovery. ok?

We sent two emails to Travis' Momma, the second one has a revised picture, the petcretary goofed a wee bit on the first version...

To the "Lone Star Mom", we are so very sorry about what has happened to your Dad, may he get very good care real soon, we send and share prayers and purrs so that he will be on the mend and you will all have a wonderful and loving holiday together. And the truckman should have huge lumps of coal delivered in his stocking!

ReplyDeleteOh no!! Some drivers should be shot! They must pay more attention. The POTP is going out to your dad. Hopefully there won't be much orthopedic surgery. Mom has had lots. However, if it keeps your dad mobile....here's for it.
