Happy National Cat Day!
We think everyday should be National Cat Day. Around here it kinda are I guess.
We wore Meowloween Calvin collars today to celebrate!
But it wuzn't all just fun for me - I had to go back to da vet. They stole my BLOOD! I knew no good would come of going to see a vampire right before Meowloween. Anyways, my blood and poop are gonna be tested (I don't know how they're gonna pass, since they didn't even study - MOL!) For now, we're staying with my prednisolone dose once a day. And I'm eating good and no pukeys, so I guess we'll see what happens.
Now, about those National Cat Day treats . . .
Those are great Calvin collars! And love your bandanas too!
ReplyDeleteTravis, I hope those tests pass, though then you still will have a mystery sickness...do you have some kind of IBD? That can cause symptoms like you have...and steroids help a lot with that.
All that stress you had a few months ago can set off troubles like that...
Sending a new shipment of purrs and POTP!
And yes for sure every day should be National Cat Day/ Pipo visited the vet peeps today, too...just a regular checkup, we didn't even think about NCD when we set that up, MOL!
I hope the vet gives your mom some useful information. And wow, Bowie is looking so grown up these days. Is he ready for his manly surgery yet ?
ReplyDeleteHappy National Cat Day! We hope those tests give you some good answers for why you feel punky.

@Meezer's Mews & Terrieristical Woofs - IBD is something momma has considered. Right now we just don't know. I DID have bad bacteria - we're hoping that is it, but again, we don't really know why I had another flair up when I was ending my antibiotics.
ReplyDelete@The Whiskeratti - He had it as a baby - the rescue we got him from only adopts out neutered/spayed kittens, so he got it done at 2 months.
@The Florida Furkids - Me too.
Morning my Texas Trio
ReplyDeleteTravis I hope and purr those lab rats get to the bottom of your
issues and get you back on the high road to healthy, wealthy and Wise
Hugs Cecilia
You three look fabulous and I hope you enjoyed one of your many National Cat Days. Purrs Travis, we sure hope the Vet figures out something easy for you.
ReplyDeleteHappy Cat Day! (I'll have to send a greeting to my kitty cat cousins.) Hope you all got some bacon today to celebrate.
ReplyDeleteMake that International, kitties😸Well, Travis, at least we know why they needed your blood..MOL...Healing Pawkisses continue and to all of you Pawkisses for a Happy International Cat day🐾😽💞
ReplyDeleteI'm purring that you continue to get better, Travis!
ReplyDeleteAll of you look great in your collars AND those bandanas.
ReplyDeleteWe hope Travis & Mom get some answers from the stolen blood. If your Mom is worried about steroids, I have been told that if you take oral steroids it isn't likely to cause the problems steroid shots do (a couple of us need the shots, so our Purrson tries to be sure they are spaced out far enough apart.)
Its pretty much National Cat Day here every day, but it IS nice to have a special day for it...
ReplyDelete@My Mind's Eye - Fanks!
ReplyDelete@Brian - Fanks.
@C.L.W.STEP - No bacon, but we finally got some today.
@Little Binky and Granny - Yeah, kitties all over the world should get to celebrate!
@Summer - Fanks!
@catladymac - Hopefully I won't have to be on them very long.
@Mark's Mews (Ayla, Iza, and Marley) - Agreed!
